2. Is my car insured while
in transit?
Absolutely. Your vehicle is insured
against damage from the time we pick it up until the
time it's delivered. Accidents are unusual, but if
they happen, we've got you covered.
3. How much will it cost to transport
my car?
Just call us at 830-625-1095 or fill
out our short form to get a quote. We'll get back with
you quickly and surprise you with our low car transport
rates. Please note that while we can pick your vehicle
up and deliver it whenever you would like, we can offer
you a lower rate if you are flexible with your pick
up and delivery dates.
4. I want my car shipped in
an enclosed trailer. Can you do that?
No problem at all. We have enclosed
trailers and the car moving companies we work with
to give you the best, most affordable service too.
5. I have a very expensive sports
car, can you ship it for me?
Yes. We have extensive experience
in shipping the finest vehicles available. We can ship
your expensive sports car in an enclosed vehicle transportation
trailer to protect it from the elements. And as with
all our customers' cars, we'll handle it very gently.
6. My car won't start, can
you handle car transport for an inoperable car?
Sure! We've shipped hundreds of cars
that are inoperable. We have trucks equipped with winches
or we can tow your car onto our trailers.
7. How long will
it take to get my car?
Pick up and transit times vary due
to a number of factors. The most important one being
the locations involved and the availability of trucks
to and from those areas. We can give estimates of time
once we have the cities involved. Our service is door
to door so your vehicle will not sit in a terminal
for 2 or 3 weeks. Once it is on the truck it is heading
your way. We've found that terminal service doesn't
work as well as door to door service. Even though your
car may be picked up in a matter of days, the time
it sits in a car shipping terminal will most likely
cause the overall delivery time to be longer. The best
advice is to book your order in advance as much as
possible. We can offer service for specific dates but
it will increase the price. In order to offer the best
rates to our customers, we price each shipment as part
of a larger load. Most trailers can carry 8-10 vehicles.
That's 8-10 revenue sources for the driver and your
vehicle will be a part of the total load. By pricing
your shipment as part of a full load we get you the
most economical service but it does prohibit us (or
any broker) from promising specific dates. We are always
happy to provide estimates and averages.
8. Is it
safe to pay by credit card over your site?
Yes! As with any site, you can verify
the secured connection of a webpage by seeing a padlock
on the bottom of the Internet Browser on your computer.
All pages that start with https:// are secured with
